Competitor Analysis A national professional liability insurance company serving more than 30,000 U. customers engaged Weiser Mazars to develop a competitor analysis model.The team then incorporated this data into a Key Performance Indicator comparison tool, modeling the key competitors in the states in which the client operated. RATINGS MODEL Upon completing the industry comparison model, the Weiser Mazars team also developed a projected rating model.This model enabled the company to compare similarly structured contracts and quotes with direct competitors.
